I didn’t believe I was worthy of being happy, receiving love, or just receiving good things! Now that I’ve been working on shifting my mindset, it’s like I’m experiencing a whole new world; one I didn’t think was a possibility. ⁣

And the good news is that the shift doesn’t have to be arduous or boring or painful. It can be fun! 😍 It can light you up as you decide to see things in a better light. ⁣

It allows us to see our blind spots.

It can be so painful and exhausting, but it is for our good in the end.

So please don’t punish yourself for the challenges that come your way. It’s a sign that there is more for you. ✨
