My At-Home Cure for Dairy Intolerance

Have you ever dealt with an awful, upset stomach after having something cheesy or after eating your favorite ice cream? It’s the worst feeling, especially if you’re out with friends–or worse, on a date. 😨

But, let’s face it, ice cream, cheeseburgers, and all things dairy are so good, and I just can’t cut them out of  my diet. Once I pinpointed that dairy was the cause of my upset stomach every day, I wanted to find a fix so I could still eat it and not be so sick.

I found the one solution that will allow me to have my ice cream and eat it too! Three words: Apple Cider Vinegar.

I didn’t believe it when I had a friend share the little secret with me, but it really does work!

HOW TO MAKE THE DAIRY INTOLERANCE CURE:

  1. Get out your favorite mug
  2. Pour hot water in the mug
  3. Add a few drops of honey
  4. Add a tablespoon of ACV

Simple as that!
Drink it slowly to completion. It definitely is sour, but the honey will help!
