1. Reflect on all of the things you’ve done this year.
The good, the bad, the lessons, the achievements. Take a look at your resolutions. How did you do? Did you accomplish a good portion of it? If not, no worries, sometimes our priorities change. Take inventory of everything and pat yourself on the back for everything you’ve learned and achieved.
2. Spend time on the things you’ve been neglecting to do.
Trying out that e-course, learning something new on YouTube, cleaning out the garage, seeing old friends, that item that hasn’t left your to-do list in weeks. Now’s the time to get it done.
Catch up on that sleep debt. Watch movies all day. Eat some cookies. Snuggle up by the fire. Don’t get ready. Stay in your PJs like I’ve been doing. You need it, seriously.
4. Look at the future.
What does it hold? What do you want it to look like? You can decide and shape your life how you want it to be. Write down your goals, and underneath each one write each step you’ll take to get there and make deadlines!
